Lymphatic Drainage Vodder
Developed in the 1930s by Danish doctor Emil Vodder, the Vodder method is manual lymphatic drainage, based on gentle, rhythmic movements.
Gentle pressure is applied throughout the body to reactivate circulation by manually directing lymphatic fluid.
